Changes are coming to the Oregon Health Plan.

Starting January 2027, new federal rules will affect some adult Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members. Please know that no matter what your insurance status is, you can get the care you need at Cascadia Health. We're here to help.

📋 Keep your contact info up-to-date. The best thing you can do right now is make sure your contact info is current so you get important information about updates, renewals, and other info from OHP. Visit benefits.oregon.gov or call 1‑800‑699‑9075.

📩 If you get a letter from OHP in the mail, open it and read it.

❔ Ask questions. If you don’t understand the letter or want more information, reach out to your Cascadia care team. We can help you.

💙 Remember: No matter what your insurance status, you can get the care you need at Cascadia Health.

Last week, we celebrated the opening of Mountain View, Cascadia Health's newest secure residential treatment facility! 🏡⛰️

Mountain View in SE Portland expands Oregon's behavioral health system by 10 beds—providing care for adults experiencing serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs.

We gathered Thursday to celebrate this milestone and welcome the community to this space of healing and hope!

In collaboration with Multnomah County, Oregon and OHA, Cascadia Health has opened Mountain View, a new 10‑bed secure residential treatment facility in Southeast Portland that will expand access to care for adults in need.

The new facility offers a highly structured therapeutic, residential setting for adults with serious mental illness. The program is designed to provide stability, treatment and daily support residents need while helping them build skills for better health and greater independence.

Mountain View is another step toward creating a behavioral health system that supports people at every step of their recovery.

I attended the opening of Cascadia’s Mountain View secure residential facility. This building is a commitment to providing people with serious mental illness the right level of care, in the right environment. Secure residential is a critical part of our system that meets people where they are – allowing them to stabilize and move towards healing.
