Another new beer (name tbd) in kegs and ready to drink. Our spiced winter ale is sweet and malty with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice additions. It's reminiscent of gingerbread cookies making it a perfect beer for the holiday season. Cheers!

This blend turned out nicely and will end up in bottles.

Bourbon barrel aged coffee, pumpkin, and vanilla Stout. Smells like pumpkin pie with a distinct coffee flavor mid way through with light oak and Bourbon on the finish. The flavor really opens up as this one warms a bit.
