First Thursday (Portland OR)

It breaks our hearts to share this, but after a great deal of discussion and careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this month’s First Thursday due to air quality concerns.

This wasn’t a decision we made lightly. Our mission has always been to create opportunities for artists and show up for our community in all kinds of weather whenever it is safe to do so. However, with the current air quality forecast and the health concerns surrounding prolonged outdoor exposure, we believe canceling is the most responsible choice for our artists, volunteers, patrons, neighborhood businesses, and partners.

While we’re incredibly disappointed, we’re already working to hopefully add a make-up date later this season. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them.

We’re especially saddened that this month’s My People's Market block takeover won’t happen as planned. We were so excited to welcome so many incredible artists, makers, and small businesses to NW 13th, and we’re hopeful we’ll be able to bring that same energy to a future event.

Join us today for the return of Picnic In The Pearl, from 2pm - 9pm. For this special edition First Thursday event we'll be partnering with , expanding our footprint and welcoming hundreds of local businesses and artisans. Located NW 13th between Everett & Lovejoy.
