Happy 3-Year Horch-iversary, Alexis!

Three years might not sound like that long… but somehow it feels like Alexis has been keeping us all in line forever. 😂

As our Financial Coordinator, Alexis is one of those people you can hand something to and know it’s going to get done. She’s dependable, organized, takes ownership, and keeps a watchful eye on the details that the rest of us probably didn’t even realize we were supposed to be watching.

But Alexis brings a whole lot more than numbers to Horch Roofing. She brings energy, laughs, plenty of personality, and just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting around here!

In just three years, she’s grown, taken on more responsibility, earned a well-deserved promotion, and become someone our team knows they can count on.

Alexis, thank you for three years of hard work, laughs, keeping us on track, and occasionally keeping us out of trouble. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the Horch family!

13 YEARS! Happy Horch-iversary, Ryan! 🎉

Thirteen years ago, Ryan joined Horch Roofing as a laborer in our Metal Division. Fast forward to today, and he’s one of our Superintendents, a leader our crews trust, and quite simply, one of those people you know you can count on.

Ryan is the definition of someone who leads by doing. He’s often here before the sun comes up, making sure crews have what they need and the day is set up for success. When something needs to get done, whether it technically falls under his job description or not, there’s a pretty good chance Ryan is already figuring it out.

But what really stands out after 13 years is the impact he’s had on the people around him. He’s helped train, mentor, and develop countless team members along the way, and he has a way of leading that makes people want to step up and do their best.

Of course, 13 years at Horch has also given us plenty of crazy socks, laughs, early mornings, and stories we probably shouldn’t share on social media. 😂

Ryan, watching you grow from a laborer into the leader you are today has been pretty awesome. Thank you for 13 years of loyalty, hard work, teamwork, leadership, and always being someone we can count on.

We’re lucky to have you, Ry.

Okay, we’re a few days late… but you don’t let TEN YEARS go by without celebrating it!

Happy 10-Year Horch-iversary to the one and only Taylor, aka TC!

Ten years ago, Taylor started at Horch Roofing as a crew member. Since then, he’s worked his way through the company, taken on new challenges, grown into leadership, and today serves as our Chief Sales Officer. That journey says a whole lot about who Taylor is, driven, hardworking, always willing to learn, and deeply invested in the people around him.

And that last part might be what we appreciate most.

Taylor leads with heart. He cares about his team, pushes people to grow, celebrates their wins, and has played a huge role in shaping the culture and future of Horch Roofing. He knows how to get results, but never loses sight of the people behind them.

Along the way, we’ve also watched him become a proud dad, cycle through a few memorable hairstyles, perfect his skills behind the grill, and yes… probably collect a few gray hairs courtesy of all of us.

TC, 10 years is a BIG deal. Thank you for a decade of hard work, loyalty, leadership, laughs, and for continuing to grow right alongside Horch Roofing.

We’re incredibly lucky to have you.

AI chose a hair salon. 😂

And considering Peter’s… hairstyle (he's bald), we really couldn’t argue with that.

Somehow, this turned out even better than we could have imagined. The foils. The magazine. The confidence.

f you know Tom, you know there’s rarely a dull moment when he’s around. He brings plenty of personality to our Production team, knows how to keep people laughing, and is always a good sport!

What we appreciate most about Tom, though, is his heart. He genuinely cares about the people around him, keeps pushing forward when things get challenging, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.

And if you really want to see him light up, just ask him about being Pops. There’s no hiding how incredibly proud he is of his family, and we love getting to see that side of him.

Tom, thanks for bringing your humor, heart, determination, and one-of-a-kind personality to Horch Roofing. We hope you get spoiled today, have plenty of reasons to smile.

If there’s a corner of Horch Roofing Stephen hasn’t worked in, we haven’t found it yet!

Over the years, he’s worn plenty of hats, tackled just about every kind of project, and built up the kind of knowledge that only comes from getting your hands dirty and figuring things out along the way. If you have a question, there’s a pretty good chance Stephen either knows the answer… or has a story about it.

Dependable, hardworking, full of experience, and always ready with a little humor, Stephen is one of those people who has become a true staple of the Horch team.

Stephen, we appreciate everything you bring to the table and all the years of knowledge, laughs, and hard work you’ve shared with us.
