Let's go...trying something new! Doing my first bakery/cookie drop for local Portland folks! You can check out the menu, order and sign-up for future drops through link below. First orders will be available for pickup next Thursday, April 30th.

Our three gourmet jumbo cookies this week include:

- Cardamom Pistachio Tahini: Cardamom pistachio cookie topped with cardamom tahini crumble
- Salted Chocolate Caramel Truffle: Chocolate Chunk Cookie stuffed with Dark Chocolate Caramel truffle, flake salt top
- Baklawa: Toasted phyllo dough coated cookie topped with walnut topping with hints of orange blossom and rose waters

All cookies are made with a browned butter base and a half rye flour mixture. This combination creates a cookie with an incredible depth of flavor. All cookies are at least 5 ounces.
