PDX Bridge Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising public awareness and fostering appreciation for the Willamette River Bridges through educational, artistic, cultural and historic programming. Broadway Bridge Celebrates 100 Years of Connecting Communities and Cultures
Ideas now under consideration for the month-long celebration include an art exhibit, birthday cake, libations, third grade bridges exhibition, and community services tabling. In addition, in July (date to be determined), PDX Bridge Festival will hold an outdoor celebration near the Broadway Bridge to include a publication release party for The Big & Awesome Bridges of Portland & Vancouver–A Book for Young Readers.
