LET’S GO!!
How do you wake up?
I start my day slow, with about 40 alarms. And I do this with purpose. As my alarms go off, I wake up and begin my visualizations. Eventually getting up to start my morning ritual. Opening windows, lighting candles, clearing any stagnate energy that may have settled overnight. Then I have coffee and start my correspondence.

I suffered from shame low self esteem for about 45yrs. What a waste of time ;) Since then, I have learned to let myself be who I am, a little silly, a little wacky, a little light hearted, a sunny side of the street kinda gal. However, I am also very direct and a bit persnickety. I like things the way I like them. And that’s okay 💃

AND what a blessing that is. Sure we’d all love a perpetual summer but where’s the fun in that?
Harvest Season is upon us!!
Autumn brings us the beauty of fall colors, cooler temps, sweater weather, pumpkin spiced everything, spookiness, cuddling up with a cozy blanky.
It also reminds us that sometimes things change and that’s okay. It’s good to release in order to renew.
The Fall is a gift, as is any other season. Being harvest season, take a look at what you’re currently harvesting. Notice what needs to change, what’s been working well and where can you better spend your time.
Harvest is 3mos long, there is still time to make the changes necessary to reap the rewards you desire.
