The Puppet Museum has reopened with the new exhibit Enchanting Fairytale and Television Puppet Stars from the Past. Run by donations.
Our operating hours are Thursday through Sunday from 2:00-8:00PM. We hope you enjoy your journey into the past with childhood memories! Exhibits on world wide puppetry, Live puppet shows, workshops and kids hands on area. We have four exhibits this year for you to come enjoy Thurs - Sunday 2pm to 8pm. Exhibit hall is free to the public, Thurs-Sun 2pm to 8pm.
The puppet museum will be closing at 6PM Friday and Saturday this weekend as we set the museum up for our live performances both nights. We will return to normal hours next week.

Turn of the century marionette from San Francisco. He was delivered to me one morning by an incredible kind old fella on aHarley motor cycle. He had gotten the marionette when he was a child from a master puppeteer from the Old Country.

Sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate. Our version of the Mikado will be performed Inside the Portland Puppet Museum due to is cooling off to 52 during the evening on Friday and a 75% chance of rain on Saturday 🤪! Ah well that’s Showbizz for ya!
