Our Pre-K program, ages 3–5, is a place where learning happens through play, exploration, creativity, and the interests of each child!
Our teachers use the Maine Early Learning and Development Standards (MELDS) to guide curriculum planning while observing what children are curious about and building meaningful learning experiences around those interests.

Every area of our classroom provides opportunities for children to grow across the MELDS developmental domains, while our teachers intentionally extend learning based on what the children are saying, doing, wondering, and exploring.

Highlighting Our Waddler Room!

Our Waddler Room is full of play, discovery, giggles, and growing independence! Designed for children approximately 1 to 2½ years old, this is such an exciting time of learning and development.

At Trinity, our teachers use the Maine Early Learning and Development Standards (MELDS) and Infant & Toddler MELDS to guide our curriculum. We observe what our children are interested in, what they are learning, and what they are ready to explore—and then turn those observations into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

We are heartbroken for this family, who were such a special part of the Trinity community. They have always been an incredible, loving family, and this loss is truly devastating. Their mother was taken from them far too soon, and they are now facing something no family should have to endure. During this unimaginable time, they could really use the love, support, and prayers of the community that surrounds them.
