Organización sin fines de lucro enfocada en transformar positivamente la vida de los jóvenes, las familias y las comunidades Latines en Portland.

Latino Network programs prepare parents to be their children's first teachers, and 3-5 year olds to be ready for kindergarten; build a college-going culture for middle and high school students to prepare them to graduate high school and be ready for college and career; work to prevent gang involvement and support adjudicated youth in pursuing education and employment; and build leadership and advocacy skills for youth and adults to be agents of change.
