Sit Stay Fit offers a variety of dog training services, all focused on keeping your pup exercised, attentive & happy. Our fitness classes were created with the idea of saving time & having more fun by incorporating your dog into your workout routine. As Certified Professional Dog Trainers & fitness enthusiasts, we created both outdoor and indoor fitness classes that combine cardio, strength & circuit training, and dog training that will keep you and your dog moving and engaged with each other. Not only will we swing by and get your dog some needed exercise, but we'll work on the training that's important to you at the same time! Board & Train is available if you're going out of town, or just feel like your dog could use a little extra focused training help. Any Board & Train stay provides daily time for training, behavior modification, socialization, exercise, and separation. All stays come with a detailed training plan and follow up training session. We are always offering new opportunities, from our training trips (to the beach, on hikes, etc.), our puppy play & learn sessions, drop in classes, you name it! These teams have put in SO MUCH work building their bonds and creating effective communication together so they can navigate human society more harmoniously.

🐾Keep an eye out for our next round of AKC Canine Good Citizen! In the meantime, we have Reactivity 101 starting on Monday 7/27 at 6:30-7:30pm ($300), and Recall Refresh starting Friday 7/31 at 3-4pm ($230). Both courses run for 6 weeks. Reach out with any questions or to sign up!

⭐This 6-week class will have you and your pup working on essential skills such as polite greetings, loose-leash walking, and remaining calm in real-world situations.

Don't forget: Tuesday afternoon Play & Learns are back at 1-3:30pm!This is a dropoff service best suited for pups between 5-24 months old. Leave them with us in our climate-controlled facility where they will play & learn with a group of friends!

📣Have you heard the news? Tuesday afternoon Play & Learns are BACK! Starting May 5th, drop your pup off for 2.5 hours of play and training at our climate-controlled facility. Your pup will come home tired, with their physical and mental needs met!
🐶Play & Learn is best suited for dogs between 5-24 months. If you are interested but your dog doesn't fit into that age range, or if you have any questions, email Audra at [email protected].
