Amores! We are feeling hella nostalgic now that it’s officially fall 🫠🤪 Summer 2026 was one to REMEMBER and we have y’all to thank for that!!

We’ve been a part of FOUR major events these past few months, and each one was magical af 🩷 it fills our hearts with so much joy to create memories as a community.

Here are our highlights!!

🩷 June 6th: PRIDE themed drag brunch with queens KharismaWithak AVE Eris Carmen Kiara Cortez

🩷August 17: our GREATEST HITS collab popup with norah • plant-based 🌱 !

🩷August 27th: our STREET FAIR MERCADO with over 20 vendors, and a cumbia lesson by Cumbia Corazón PDX !

🩷September 20: Circle V Portland where we got to team up with Plantissimo 🌱🍅🥖🪩🪴🐈‍⬛♥️

Our vegan community shows UP! We truly have such innovative and talented chefs here in Portland - every Veganizer event really shows us that.

We loved getting to collaborate with Plantissimo 🌱🍅🥖🪩🪴🐈‍⬛♥️ to bring you this BEAUTIFUL arancini dish:

Mexican rice arancini filled with sunflower cheese, served over guajillo sauce,
topped with garlic aioli and candied red peppers
🤩🤩

A portion of all proceeds from last night went to:
* Growing Gardens (a nonprofit that focuses on using organically grown food to build community & make nutrition more accessible)
* E. Giving Circle (a nonprofit that focuses on redistributing wealth & other resources to our BIPOC communities)

AMORES! Circle V Portland is coming up on Sunday, September 20th 🩷 we can’t wait!!

We are teaming up with Plantissimo (created by Mackenzie of ) to bring you this BEAUTIFUL fusion arancini dish 😍 truly a love child!

Circle V, organized by Veganizer is a collaborative vegan tasting experience, featuring 10 dishes brought together by 20 chefs.

There are SO many unique and innovative flavors here! We can’t wait to try them all 💋
Our vegan community is truly SO talented and aspirational. It’s an honor to be a part of these special memories together!

There are still tickets available, and a portion of proceeds benefit E. Giving Circle .

We received a concerned customer inquiry about “fruit” in a quesadilla filling, so we thought we’d share its origins! 🩷

AL PASTOR is a traditional taco filling (popular in CDMX & Puebla), made from pork marinated in dried chile, achiote, and pineapple. 🍍
It’s tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet. We use our seitan recipe to make a veganized version! 🔥🔥

Though it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, it’s a DELICIOUS way to enjoy our quesadillas, tacos, tortas, burritos, or nachos!
If you’ve never tried it before, we highly recommend. That punch of fresh flavor is truly *bomb*
