We're proud to share that Team OEG participated in this year's Sole Support for Parkinson's walk in Portland, joining hundreds of community members in support of those living with Parkinson's disease. Organized by Parkinson's Resources of Oregon (PRO), the annual event raises awareness and funding for programs that provide information, education, support services, and advocacy for individuals with Parkinson's and their families throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our employees, families, friends, and partners, OEG raised $10,320 and had more than 43 team members sign up to participate. Every dollar helps PRO continue offering vital local resources, support groups, wellness programs, and educational services that improve the quality of life for those impacted by Parkinson's disease.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, walked, and helped make a difference. We are honored to support such an important cause and to stand alongside a community committed to ensuring that no one faces Parkinson's alone.

Today, we'd like to highlight Trillium Ward for our Employee Spotlight!

Trillium was nominated by our field leader Tony Reese who had this to say about her help on a recent project:

"Trillium recently came out to help me on the Pearson Airport project and was very beneficial with helping on the very technically lighting project. I would have been lost if she hadn't came out and helped me with the technical aspects that I sometimes struggle with."

Congratulations Trillium! OEG is very lucky to have people like you willing to help out fellow employees whenever they're asked.

Congratulations to our Q2 Planning & Prefab Winner, Aligned PDX01 Phase 2! We were excited to celebrate this incredible achievement with a crew lunch last week.

Over the quarter, they were able to use 43% of their labor hours on prefabricated items such as strut supports, panel buildouts, custom cabinets, & conduit bends.

A fun time was had by all this past weekend at the annual All Company Picnic!
