This is our Hamayaki! Broiled Maine crab and scallop over sushi rice with kewpie mayo, eel sauce, truffle oil and sansho pepper. Pair it with a Miyake Marg - jalapeno infused tequila, st germain, lychee and lime, and a daikon and carrot salad.

We’re so excited to announce that we now have housemade ice cream at Pai Men! Matcha white chocolate ice cream, topped with miso caramel and tobiko arare (rice crackers) 😋 🍨

Pair it with a Sawa Sawa, naturally carbonated Junmai Nigori from Japan - with tasting notes of melon, pear, and sweet rice.
