PDXMC Kitchen

This page promotes the pdxMC Kitchen which provides a fresh, healthy, and diverse food program for the children of the Portland Montessori Collaborative. A healthy diet is critical to childhood development and at pdxMC we strive to give the best possible care to our students. We introduce a wide variety of foods while respecting any food sensitivities and allergies that our students may have. The children eat together family style and work on grace and courtesy at the table while enjoying a delicious meal.
