Rap isn’t just relief. It’s training for well-being.
After 12 years of teaching bars, something finally clicked: “rap as therapy” is real, but it’s not the whole lane. The absence of pain isn’t the presence of thriving.
So I’m building Growth Rap as a deliberate practice for PERMA:
