Tri Team PDX combines scientifically proven, well organized and accessible triathlon training with a fun and social environment for all ages and abilities. The Tri Team PDX Mission: To provide a supportive, nurturing, and social training environment with an inclusive triathlon program; that reinforces sound endurance training methods coupled with personal development strategies that promote a sustained, healthy lifestyle for beginning and experienced triathletes. We offer up to 10 coached workouts per week, training plans from introductory through Ironman that work for anyone from a brand new athlete to an experience weekend warrior. Our partner benefits include discounts at local shops, pubs and specialists as well as informational clinics on various triathlon related topics throughout our season.
