Yoga is back!
Meet Brianna, one of our newest team members. Brianna’s yoga classes integrate mindfulness, pranayama (breathing practices), yoga asana and movement to bring gentle attention to the connectedness of mind, breath, physical body, subtle body, and environment. By inviting students to continually check in with themselves and use inner resources such as breath, grounding, curiosity, and awareness, these classes offer yoga and movement practices that can be supportive on and off the mat.
Join us Tuesday mornings after school drop off!!!
