CAPESIZED
Reposado Tequila • Caperitif • Harissa • Lemon • Banana Filtered
The banana gets the torch before it hits the glass. Brûléed, caramelized, and floating on top of a cocktail that’s savory, bright, and just a little unexpected.
Named for a ship too large for the canals. Built for the long way around.

“Consider the Cavendish.”

One of the most extensive liquor selections in Maine.
And when it comes to wh**ky, we take that very seriously.
Our back bar includes a deep collection of Scotch and Irish wh***ey, from familiar favorites to bottles you don’t see every day.
Single malts. Blends. Different regions, styles and stories.
Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or want us to pour you something you’ve never tried before, pull up a seat. Also available in 1 ounce pours.
There’s a lot hiding on those shelves.

Clarified.
A little bourbon. A little ballpark nostalgia. A little Cracker Jack on top.
“Standard issue Cracker Jack.”

Come for the cocktails.
Don’t sleep on the food.
P I T H I V I E R
Mortadella, gruyère, Dijon, puff pastry, everything spice.
Flaky. Rich. Salty. A little ridiculous in exactly the right way.
And very good company for whatever you’re drinking.

Summer apparently has one more round in it.
79 degrees in September calls for something cold, bright, and bottled.
S L E I G H T O F H A N D
Wh**ky • Raspberry • Mastic • Lemon Acid
Bottled & Carbonated. (Available TOGO too)
A crisp, refreshing wh**ky highball that’s been an anchor on our menu for years.
Grab a seat on the boat while summer’s still taking requests.

On this day, September 5, 1813.
Off the coast of Maine, the USS Enterprise and HMS Boxer met in battle during the War of 1812.
Their commanders, Lieutenant William Burrows and Captain Samuel Blyth, were both mortally wounded during the fight. They were brought back to Portland and laid to rest beside one another.
More than two centuries later, their names live together at Blyth & Burrows.
Our name, our story, and much of what surrounds you inside these walls pays tribute to the two captains and the maritime history of Maine.
In life, honorable. In death, glorious.
To Blyth & Burrows. ⚓
