Actually Charming

The thing I find most annoying about ADHD and art is I have too many ideas, not enough time, and then get task paralysis and nothing gets done.

I'm great at ideas, questionable at ex*****on.

Does anyone have a solution to this? It's medication isn't it?.

Currently working on my list of things I like about myself. It's hard when you've spent so many years feeling like you aren't enough. Because the opposite is true. If you tell yourself enough horrible things about yourself, you believe those too.

So like. It's time to retire my brain ig, because that hasn't gotten me anywhere.

One thing I know, is that I like creating. I feel decent at it. I feel like when I create things for others, whether it's a physical gift or a silly little video, that I am putting good out into the world.

Even if I am struggling to put good into my brain, I am still good at putting it into the world. And a lot of people on the internet can't say that.

Does anyone feel like sharing one thing they like about themselves or feel like they're good at? I need inspiration to help jump start my list.

Grandma's sheets aren't haunting the house, as much as they are haunting the housekeeping.
