Our friend, Yen, requested we make banana bánh bò nướng, so we made banana bánh bò nướng.
Available all weekend, while supplies last. Goes great with a dunk into our salted banana/coconut cream.
We’ll have these fellas, caffeinated coffee, and hot bowls of bún Berlu today from 10-3.

Lots of snow-skin mooncakes this weekend to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival. Will definitely have banana/peanut/chocolate today. Might have ginger/tropical fruit today too. Will have both + pandan/roasted coconut tomorrow.
These are naturally vegan. They’re not raw dough, so please don’t try to bake these.
