Shout out to our friends at the North Portland Library saving our Jefferson HS PTSA Free Food Market! Without their support, we would have had to shut down due to the major construction underway at Jefferson HS.

The Market will now be held in the Community Room 2A at the North Portland Library every Friday from 1 PM to 3 PM starting August, 14th 💚

What a season so far! We’ve already gleaned over 11,000 lbs of fresh produce from local farms!! That puts us way ahead of previous years at this time — THANK YOU volunteers!! 💚

We have multiple ways to get involved in our Farm Gleaning Program now. Of course, you can find harvest events on our website and sign up to get your hands dirty.

If a harvest is not possible for you, you can now donate to directly support the program! We use this fund for harvest tools, produce purchasing, intern support, and other capacity building elements to support the growth of this beloved program.
