Port Property is a privately-owned business based in Portland, Maine. Founded in 1993, we are proud to be locally owned and operated for the nearly 30 years we’ve been in business. Our goal is to make home happen for our residents across our portfolio of properties in southern Maine and coastal North Carolina. Because we invest in these properties, use our own construction team and oversee their management, we are more than just a landlord. Our maintenance team plays an important role in supporting residents throughout our communities. Their expertise, care, and attention to detail shape their work across each property.
Last month, the team gathered at Mini Bar in Portland for Maintenance Appreciation Day, enjoying an afternoon of mini golf and friendly competition.

The Foundry on The Levee is officially open!
Last month, The Foundry celebrated its grand opening at 30 Upper Falls Road, welcoming guests for an evening of cocktails, culinary experiences, and design showcases throughout the new event venue.
Operated by Maine Venue Partners, The Foundry will bring weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and community events to downtown Biddeford.

This month, Port Property welcomed the first residents to Lofts North, marking the opening of the newest residential community at The Levee.
Located at 10 Upper Falls Road along the S**o River, Lofts North offers welcoming spaces shaped by its riverside setting. Interiors draw inspiration from natural materials that balance warmth and texture, while clean lines and bespoke finishes create a refined aesthetic that reflects the building’s intentionally understated design.
