Got a sweet note from the Mother's Milk Bank of Austin today. I taught in Austin this spring and promised my students I would donate book sales proceeds to the milk bank. Thank you, Austin students for the collective $250 donation!
I'm honored to get to teach in many different capacities. Whether it be gifting scholarships, donating to local organizations, providing free or low course education to global colleagues...
I try to give back where and when I can. It often doesn't feel like enough but I hope small acts of kindness can make a difference.
