Next Saturday, October 3, we’re presenting Arden through the lens of Korea 🇰🇷
For one night only, we’re partnering with aT Center Los Angeles, part of the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, to explore Korean ingredients through our own Chef Erik Van Kley playful, creative style of cooking. Think gochujang, ssamjang, kimchi, yuja, Korean pear, and more, all interpreted in a way that is distinctly Arden.
Join us for a special four-course, shared prix fixe menu plus a surprise opening bite. We’ll also be featuring soju and specialty cocktails using Korean ingredients.

We were honored to be invited to cook for this incredible milestone, celebrating 100 years of one of Portland’s most iconic landmarks.
Erik Van Kley cooked up his shoyu bratwurst steamed buns — a fun fusion of flavors shared with an amazing crowd on such a historic evening.

6 days from today, we’ll be raising a glass to Bastille Day.
Next Tuesday, Arden will transform into something that feels a little different than our usual wine dinners. Instead of exploring a single winery, we’ll be pouring wines from a collection of small French producers, each selected by Caveau, our partner for this special evening.
It’s the first time we’ve hosted an event in this format, and we can’t think of a better excuse than France’s national holiday.
Our chef Erik Van Kley is putting together a four-course shared menu inspired by classic French cooking and the best ingredients of the season. And we’ll be pouring a curated lineup of French wines available by the glass, pairing pour, or bottle, so you can build the experience however you’d like.
Expect grower Champagne, crisp Chablis, elegant red Burgundy, joyful Cru Beaujolais, and other favorite French selections from Caveau’s portfolio.
Reservations are available throughout the evening, and we’d love to have you join us!

Perched atop Red Mountain, WeatherEye has quietly earned a devoted following among sommeliers, critics, and winemakers for its meticulous farming and tiny-production wines.
