𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐒𝐀: I’ll be skipping Tuesday’s market in Ashland this week (9.22) and all the treats will be back on Thursday in Medford 😀

Aaaaaand it’s that time of year again! 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 (𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞) 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 as well as 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 are back! And as a special this Thursday as well as next week: 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 with Cinnamon Apple in a Butter Crust. YUM!

This week’s special: 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 & 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞. And it happens to be flourless! It’s kind of reminiscent of PB&J, but Northwest and Oregon style with Hazelnuts and seasonal Raspberries 😍

Just a quick PSA! I will 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be attending tomorrow’s, Tuesday the 14th of July, Ashland market. There were some travel delays from my wedding weekend in Toronto, some lost luggage and I need a moment to get myself settled back into Southern Oregon. I will be back on Thursday though at the Medford market slash I will be baking and lovely Bella will be vending! And who doesn’t want to grab some 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐝 then?

Some recent seasonal yummies! Strawberries! Peaches! This week: 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞 with a hint of cinnamon. That’s all! Stay hydrated, summer’s here y’all 🫶

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐲’𝐚𝐥𝐥 🏳️‍🌈 Briz and I got engaged this past Christmas and one of my lovely regulars Jared Lombardo offered to take some photos of us 🥰 So dreamy!

On another note: this week is going to be HOT. I will be at market and serving up 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐚 𝐏𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞, 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐞-𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞. And she happens to be flourless!! Come out, come early to beat the heat and support small!

I’ve been quiet! But the markets have been anything but 😇 Strawberry season has been upon us for a while now with yummy treats like Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler, Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake as special Pastries of the Week and in my regular line-up: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 (flourless French triangle with browned butter and vanilla bean) and 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 🍓

I will unfortunately be missing Tuesday’s market (6/2) but I’ll be back on Thursday in Medford with a 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 that I’ll have the following week at both markets as well!

She’ll take care of you this week and next week you’ll see little ol’ me again before she takes over some more!

I’ll have these beautiful Rhubarb Ricotta Cakes tomorrow in Medford as well! And because I poached some rhubarb, I have some delightful rhubarb simple syrup left over and I’ll be making a limited amount of 𝐑𝐡𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 for Sunday!
