Introducing a new washed Guatemalan coffee, Canoguitas.

A community lot from Canoguitas, Huehuetenango, Guatemala where limestone soils, high mountain altitude, and dramatic swings between cold nights and hot days slow cherry maturation and concentrates flavor.

This coffee brings together caturra bourbon, and pacamara varieties from the father-daughter duo Alejandro. Ramirez and America Perez, and Natanael Aguilar’s family association. The final result is a blend of coffees that deepened a new purchasing commitment between this regional community and our importing partner, Shared Source.

Hearty, herby, and full of flavor. Our new salads and kabobs at Alameda are inspired by Laila's Persian roots and handcrafted with care.

Persian Caesar Salad (v+, gf): Tahini Caesar-dressed kale and radicchio salad, with herbs, crispy chickpeas, green olives, savory dukkah seasoning, on a bed of hummus

Joojeh Chicken Kabob and Zhoug (gf): Saffron and yogurt-marinated chicken kabob with zhoug sauce and a small salad

Pair with a glass of wine or one of our housemade cocktails for the full experience.
