“We are on another burger mission, this time for iconic burgers with a side of history. First up is institutional restaurant Higgins Restaurant serving a grilled grass-fed beef burger on a hearth-baked bun with aioli, we had to add bacon. Lastly, we visit Skyline Restaurant at 1313 NW Skyline Blvd. (Skyline and Cornell intersection.) Open since 1935 and woman-owned. Bring your appetite because we tried the 1/2-pound behemoth of a burger.
