This year brought a little bit of everything, new energy, great conversations, industry connections, and some very well-deserved recognition. We celebrated Industry Impact Award recipients, Professional Women in Pest Management, PestVets, and longtime industry members receiving Distinguished Service recognition as they head into retirement. 🏆

🐾🎓 LOLA’S PEST ACADEMY: Those Ants Are Taking the Bait! 🐜 🐜

Lola here with today’s pest-control lesson! Look closely as the video capture by one of our amazing technicians. See those ants carrying our granular bait away? That’s exactly what we want to see! 🐜

Worker ants pick up the bait and carry it back toward the nest, where it can be shared throughout the colony. Think of them as our tiny delivery team. 📦

That’s why you may still see some ant activity after treatment. With bait treatments, the goal isn’t just to eliminate the ants you can see, it’s to target the colony at its source.

Sometimes the best pest control is happening behind the scenes. 😉

✔️ Repair damaged screens.
✔️ Vacuum stink bugs instead of squishing them.

A little prevention today can keep unwanted guests outside this fall!
