☀️🍵🍋Main Squeeze - A light and vibrant blend of earthy matcha and crisp lemonade, perfect for any summer day.

🍌🍞🤎Banana Bread Latte - Sweet banana and cinnamon paired with espresso and milk. Spice things up and try it as a chai!

🍋 🌺🧊Garden Party - A juicy blend of hibiscus tea and lemonade – served ice cold and super refreshing.

🍑🍨🔅Peaches + Cream -Sweet peach and rich cold brew come together beneath a velvety layer of vanilla cold foam. Light, refreshing, and reminiscent of a fresh peaches-and-cream dessert.

Join us for a Community Cupping on June 28th at 2:00 PM. We’ll slow down, taste intentionally, and explore the coffees we serve together—learning about flavor, origin, and the craft behind each cup in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

If you’ve spent any time at Annex, you know our neighborhood kids are a big part of what makes this place special. The Free Hot Cocoa Club tee is a little nod to the neighborhood kids we adore. Thanks for filling our shop with laughter, sticky fingers, and lots of cocoa orders.
