The GFU Weesner Apartments are finished and filled with students! 🎉 We loved partnering with BnK Construction, Inc. on this Design-Build project to renovate these apartments and create an updated living environment for the George Fox community. It's always rewarding to see a project come to life and serve students for years to come.

❤️ Last night, members of the CIDA team had the privilege of attending 𝐌𝐕 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝟔𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at their CIDA-designed headquarters.

It was an incredible evening filled with stories, reflections, and gratitude as staff, board members, clients, and supporters celebrated six decades of service and looked ahead to the next 60 years. Hearing firsthand about the lives MV Advancements has impacted was both inspiring and deeply moving.

One of the most rewarding parts of the evening was hearing how much the organization loves the building and how it has helped expand their outreach and better serve their community. As designers, there's nothing more meaningful than seeing a space continue to support its mission long after the ribbon is cut.

The night perfectly captured the spirit of MV Advancements, including a room full of people singing "Happy Birthday" to one of their clients. There was a lot of love in that building. ❤️

A special thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life. Seeing the facility a year after completion, still beautiful, well-loved, and filled with purpose, was a wonderful reminder of the positive impact thoughtful design can have on a community.

CIDA was honored to partner with The Salvation Army to remodel the Washington County HOPE Center in response to the growing need for hunger relief in our community. ❤️

This 5,000 SF tenant improvement transformed the space into a dedicated food distribution hub and food pantry, helping serve individuals and families facing food insecurity throughout Washington County. 🥫🍎

With the footprint of this vital service now doubled in size, the HOPE Center can support twice as many families in need. We are proud to help create spaces that make a meaningful impact and strengthen our communities. 🤝✨

🎉 We were thrilled to join the Oregon National Guard - Oregon Military Department and Fortis Construction for the 𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐌𝐃 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐏 & 𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭!

This project has been an incredible partnership, and it was exciting to see the completed expansion and renovations officially open for the National Guard soldiers who train and serve here, as well as the broader Corvallis community that relies on the facility as an emergency response and gathering space.

The renovated armory includes a 5,250 SF expansion, upgraded classrooms and administrative areas, modernized facilities, improved seismic resilience, and critical infrastructure enhancements that will help support the mission of the Oregon National Guard for decades to come.

We're proud to have played a role in preserving and modernizing this important community asset and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will continue to have across the region.

🧗 Double the space. Double the fun.

The new The Circuit Bouldering Gym 𝐒𝐖 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 adds 10,000 SF of climbing, community, and amenities, including new bouldering areas, a lounge and concessions space, improved accessibility, and upgraded staff facilities.

We're proud to be part of a project that's helping more people get active and connected through climbing! 💪

☀️🌭 CIDA's annual company picnic at Willamette Park was a huge success! We spent the afternoon enjoying great food, a little sunshine, and even better company. Between the BBQ, potluck favorites, and plenty of laughs, it was the perfect way to celebrate our amazing team and their families.

Of course, the highly anticipated co****le tournament did not disappoint! 🏆 Congratulations to Bri and her boyfriend Sam for defending their title and taking home the championship trophy for the second year in a row! 👏🎯

One of our favorite parts of the day? Seeing everyone, including the kiddos, showing off their CIDA swag in style! 😎💙
