Months of work are now starting to come together!
When I came up with this story idea I kept trying to shove it into other RPG systems and failing miserably. I would either have to make things more complicated (rules-wise,) or else cut an idea completely.
One day when I was visiting my local game store I saw that A LOT of folks have worked on their own indie games. So I bought a bunch, and played a bunch, and learned what I liked and didn’t like with those systes … then I realized I could DEFINITELY come up with my own system that fit my story.
As it’s developed it turns out that I’ve got A BUNCH of RPG stories that can fit into my new system.
But the first story is about making a deal with The Devil to succeed at putting on a small town’s tricentennial anniversary celebration.
Only a couple more play tests to go, then my Patrons get free copies!

Kinda super happy with how this comic panel turned out. Also, Nightsmouth Cove is coming up on 70 pages (for Patrons, almost 30 for public!)
I’m trying to decide if I should start making individual issues, or just keep it online until I can release a whole arc as one book.
