Trinity Academy's 7th grade students displayed their bug projects this week. Students collected, sorted, researched, and organized their findings to exhibit to the wider community.

We are proud to recognize Trinity Academy seniors Samantha Faulkner and Edith Lundgren, who have been named National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists.

The National Merit Scholarship Program is a national academic competition. Semifinalists are selected based on their PSAT/NMSQT performance and represent the highest-scoring students in each state.

Samantha and Edith’s recognition reflects their academic effort, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to their studies. We are grateful to celebrate this accomplishment with them and their families.

The Oregonian/OregonLive has included Samantha and Edith among the Oregon students recognized as National Merit Semifinalists. Read the statewide list in the comments.

Trinity Academy's second campus is being fully utilized!

With summer-like weather giving us plenty of opportunities to get outside, our 7th grade students have been busy collecting specimens for pinning, analyzing and identifying their findings, and conducting research for their Bug Projects.

They’ll bring it all together in a final presentation showcasing their discoveries next week after school.

Here's to week four of the 2026–2027 school year!

Trinity Academy is already deep into our studies—cultivating both creativity and intellectual curiosity. Here's some of what our students have been engaging with:

🎨 Watercolor: developing technique and artistic expression.
📐 Calculus: exploring functions, limits, derivatives, and rates of change.
📖 Literature & Composition: thoughtful round-table discussion of The Hobbit.
🎶 High School Choir: developing vocal technique, choral score reading, four-part harmony, and composition.

Navigating two campuses means finding creative ways to stay connected!

Trinity Academy seniors had the bright idea to spend their long lunch with our 7th grade class—and they made the most of it.

We had a fantastic first cross country meet of the season at Gresham High School over the Labor Day weekend!

Both our middle school and high school teams had a great race, putting in strong efforts. We’re proud of all our runners and excited to see what the rest of the season brings!

A few months ago, Trinity Academy celebrated the groundbreaking of our new building. Now, as we begin the new school year, it’s encouraging to see the building starting to take shape!

Construction is moving along, and we’re looking forward to watching the progress continue. We’re planning to move into our new space for the 2026–2027 school year, and there’s still a lot to do between now and then.

We’re grateful for the support of our Trinity Academy community as we continue this project. Exciting times are ahead at Trinity Academy!

It was great to welcome students, families, and faculty back as everyone settled into new routines, reconnected with friends, and got back into the rhythm of the school year.

We wrapped up the week with a well-deserved ice cream treat to celebrate a great start. Here’s to a successful year ahead!

Beautiful weather welcomed our students and families to Trinity Academy for orientation days. New students kicked things off with bagels and coffee, getting to know one another and settling in. All students then got lockers organized, supplies marked, and ready for the year ahead—capped off with a shared pizza lunch.

Tomorrow, we start our first full day of classes. We’re ready for a great year of learning!
