Canby Pride is one of our favorite events of the year! We stayed cool in the shade, kept our canopy from blowing over, and enjoyed seeing new and familiar faces. Got some Free Mom Hugs- Oregon and a Free Dad Hug too!

Fun!! We had ourselves a wonderful time Saturday with dancing queens and midday revelers, all brought together for a drag brunch fundraiser sponsored by Freeland Spirits.

Thanks to distillery owner Jill Kuehler and her staff for designating our Portland chapter as sole beneficiary of their Pride campaign this year. Thanks, too, to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community and their friends who came out to enjoy themselves and give us some love.

Fist bumps to Blue Star Donuts and Sara's Tamales food truck for their tasty contributions and to all the queens: Boujee Cherry, Jayla Rose, Pi***la and Angelique DeVil!

The woman-distillery Freeland Spirits is hosting a series of Pride events throughout June and July, including drag brunches, themed trivia nights, cocktail classes, and their annual Pride Party on July 18th.

And they are partnering with PFLAG Portland this year to raise money for our humble chapter.

Come out and join us, 12:30 to 3 pm, 2671 NW Vaughn St.

OMSI’s annual "PRIDE at the Museum" is this Friday and we have tickets to give away! This is a family friendly event with drag performances, science demos, and local vendors! We're going to have a table there, so please stop by and say hi

Had a wonderful time Saturday listening to half a dozen q***r authors read aloud from their stories about how they met someone special.

Thanks to Ringmaster Paul Iarrobino for conceiving and editing the anthology “Crossing Paths” and scheduling a book tour to share these touching stories.

Our friends at Our Bold Voices are releasing their newest book "Crossing Paths: Q***r Moments" at an event that will feature a handful of both local and visiting authors on Saturday, June 6th, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.

This is a great chance to gather and celebrate q***r joy. Partial proceeds from book sales will benefit PFLAG Portland! Hope to see you there!

A big, big shoutout to everyone who participated in our first-ever online auction in late May.

The event drew 28 participants, resulting in 25 purchased items, and more than $2,000 raised to go toward our Portland chapter programs and operational expenses.
