The Map Room Recording Studio

The Map Room was designed to be a comfortable space for tracking or mixing that facilitates excellent communication between the engineer and the musicians. The Map Room has an 820 square foot combined control room and tracking room. The room treatment can be reversed or moved to alter the R-time and create the right acoustic environment for the project. The control/mix area has huge bass traps against the back wall to ensure accurate monitoring of all frequencies. There is a 90 square foot iso room designed to be an acoustically dead environment with corner bass traps and lots of wall and ceiling panel traps. There are tie lines for headphone, mic, line, and speaker signals to the iso room and the lounge. The 115 square foot lounge has a sink, mini fridge and toaster oven, and other amenities such as coffee and tea. Please let us know if you'd like to see the space!
