Ruby-Mac Place Featured on the Cover of DJC Oregon

We're pleased to share that Ruby-Mac Place has been featured on the cover of the July 8, 2026 issue of DJC Oregon (Daily Journal of Commerce), highlighting the launch of SEI Living, Self Enhancement Inc.'s new affordable homeownership initiative.

Propel Studio Architecture partnered with Green Canopy Node on the architectural design of Ruby-Mac Place, a 49-home all-electric community designed to achieve net-zero operational energy while expanding opportunities for affordable homeownership in Portland.

We are grateful to Self Enhancement Inc. for the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful project and to Green Canopy Node for their collaboration throughout the design process.

We look forward to seeing construction begin and this new neighborhood take shape.
