Beaverton School District is further refining our approach to student device use so that technology remains a bridge to learning—not a barrier to it.
For the 2026-27 school year, BSD is making the following updates to student device use:

This Thursday and Friday!
Thurs: 11th grade 2-4 and 10th grade 4-6pm
Fri: 12th grade 2-3pm and 9th grade 3-6pm
Please carpool!

Are you ready for fall sports, but still need your sports physical? We’ve got you covered—at absolutely zero cost to you.

The Virginia Garcia Beaverton School-Based Health Center is hosting a special pop-up sports physical event to get you cleared and ready to play.

🗓️ Event Details:
When: Thursday, July 30, 2026 | 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Where: Southridge High School (9625 SW 125th Ave, Beaverton, OR)
Cost: $0! (Free!) - Registration and insurance information will be collected.

Appointments are strongly encouraged, as walk-in spots cannot be guaranteed.

Can't make it on the 30th?
BSD kids can access the school-based health centers at Tigard, Century, and Forest Grove at no cost.

Additionally, our Neighborhood Health Clinic is offering sports physicals and well child visits at no cost to BSD families.
