Our experience was fabulous from start to finish. The designer, Ivy, listened carefully to our wishes, and helped design 2 bathrooms for us. There are so many decisions to make - cabinetry, vanity, sink, countertops, tile, tub, toilet, fixtures, paint colors, trim, and more. Ivy helped us navigate all of the decisions by showing us choices that were consistent with our preferences and within our budget. Tim was the lead carpenter on our project. He was fantastic. His carpentry and communication skills are outstanding. He made sure that the end product was absolutely perfect, often finding imperfections that were barely noticeable to the untrained eye. The house was always clean at the end of the day. We are delighted with our new bathrooms, and are very happy with our remodeling experience with Recraft.
