I am excited to partner with New Earth School Pdx to offer Intro to improv classes for kids ages 10-14 plus adults! Classes are for 5 weeks and start Sept. 21st. At The Den in SE Portland.

A great way to step into a warm, supportive class that gently invites you into the world of improv! It's not about being funny, it's not stand up and no performances.

There is still space in my summer camps for middle school girls! The main goal of this camp are for the campers to form connections and friendships and have an environment where they are safe to explore who they are.

Come play with me this Wednesday, April 23rd! This Wednesday, I’m hosting this one-time workshop to give a taste of what this women’s playgroup is all about. It’s designed for those who want to explore how the power of play can help navigate life with more lightness, especially in these intense times we’re all living through.

I know how overwhelming it can feel for middle school girls to meet new people, wondering if they’ll fit in or feeling self-conscious about trying something new. That’s why this camp is designed to ease her into connection in a way that feels natural and safe. Through games, creative projects, and meaningful conversations, I’ve seen girls let go of those fears, relax, and start to feel at home with themselves and the people around them.

Activities include games, crafts, discussion, guided visualization- designed to help girls learn more about themselves and develop courage and compassion while creating friendships and having fun! I had such a fun time hosting my camp called The Creative Realm for middle schoolers. We laughed a ton! We did crafts, played improv games, used essential oils, meditations, and used different cards for sharing about our life. In one of the pictures below, I had them choose road cards to depict their life from their earliest memories to present day. I love using props to facilitate discussions!
