Spoons on 13th

Today’s soups will be salmon chowder it is gluten-free. I also have a rosemary potato that is vegan and gluten-free and as always, my tomato vegan and gluten-free I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. and this is a picture of my 84-year-old mother celebrating her birthday.

I did something a little bit different today. It’s probably not technically a Soup. But I made red beans and rice. Two versions. One is vegan and gluten-free. The other one has smoked pork and is gluten-free as usual. I have tomato vegan and gluten-free and the Hungarian mushroom is back in stock. It is vegetarian. The weather here is pretty glorious. I hope everybody has a wonderful weekend.

Today’s soups are salmon, chowder, gluten-free tomato, vegan gluten-free and a luscious butternut squash, vegan and gluten-free. I went to the spice store yesterday and found a really lovely spice blend Baharat and that is what’s flavoring the butternut squash. It’s really earthy with nutmeg and coffee flavors.

Eight years ago today, I opened the awning of Spoons under my ownership. It has been a wild ride. And I am grateful for every day of it. I am grateful to my customers that helped keep me afloat and even thrive. And I am grateful to the universe for letting me live my dream.

Today I have made a beautiful Cream of Asparagus. It’s vegan and gluten free. I also have my tomato that is vegan and gluten-free and of course the Old wives’ tales Hungarian mushroom soup. It is vegetarian.

Good morning today seems like a good day to roll out the salmon chowder again. It is gluten-free. I also have a delicious vegetable bean that is vegan and gluten-free. As always, I will be serving my tomato vegan and gluten-free. And at some point today I should have the Hungarian mushroom which is vegetarian. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Well, today’s gonna be a rainy day. So I have made some rainy day soups. I have carrot ginger vegan, and gluten-free, smoked pork and red beans gluten-free. Tomato vegan, and gluten-free, which would pair perfectly with one of my grilled cheese sandwiches. And I do have the Old Wives’ Tales Hungarian mushroom in stock.
