Buyers respond to houses that look like a home, a place they can see themselves in. A house with flow, organization, color and that special something. That is where I come in. By working with me you'll know exactly what you need to do to show off your property. I'll determine where to place furniture, color recommendations, what accessories to display and what to pack away. I will help identify and prioritize any home repairs if needed to be completed before going on the market. I have a team of professionals that I trust to do the work while I supervise the timing, budget and quality. If any additional finishing touches need to happen, such as a centerpiece or an area rug, I'll find just the right items and get them in place before the open house.
