Outstanding client experiences have always been Neffsville Veterinary Clinic’s top priority. “We want people to shop from us,” says Bethany, the practice’s hospital administrator. “We think it’s important to be there for our clients.”

With pet owners expecting more digital options, Bethany knew it was time to answer this demand.

Not only do clients love the convenience, but having an online store through Vetsource has helped the practice’s overall food sales and compliance.

“[There is a common misconception that] you’re going to lose your in-house sales, but it has not shown that,” Bethany shares. “We still carry a ton of food in-house and we still sell a ton of food in-house.”

Since focusing more on their online store, in-house food sales have increased almost 40% in the last four years, while online food sales have nearly tripled.

Chat with us today to find out how your veterinary practice can take nutrition sales to the next level.
