Art does not disappear into a room. It changes the room.
This original painting now lives in a collector’s home, where it has become part of the architecture, rhythm, and daily life of the space.
That is what I want for the paintings in this Open Studio Release: not simply to be purchased, but to be lived with—to keep revealing something over time.
The available works are one-of-one originals, created through layers of paint, movement, intuition, erasure, and return. Each purchase also helps generate the next Courage to Create body of work and the creative community gathering around it.

The Courage to Create Open Studio Release is now public: a selected collection of one-of-one paintings for people who want to live with original work—not simply fill a wall.
Each painting carries the marks of a particular season: courage, longing, resistance, change, and becoming. Once it leaves the studio, the work takes on a new life in the home and story of its collector.
This release continues a larger creative cycle:
Receive → Create → Release → Return
My goal is to generate $5,000 through the sale of existing work. Those resources will help create the next Courage to Create body of work—six original paintings and two professionally recorded songs—while strengthening the creative community forming and becoming.
The release is open through July 28.
