Dharma Healing

My main objective is for total integration, deep relaxation, and a sense of coming home. My offering is to assist you in landing into your center and reconnecting you to your whole body through the art of healing touch and Chi Energy. I have trained in Esalen Style (Big Sur Esalen Institute) (2011) , Shiatsu, (2010) Cranial Sacral Therapy (2010), Polarity Therapy (2008), Tui Na (2011) and Swedish (2008). I am a certified Massage Therapist (CMT)

I draw inspiration from all my training. I base the foundation of my work from Esalen style and Tui Na focus>>>
I'm also fond putting empathizes on Cranial work to release the head .... as this is the place where we hold the most stress. !!!!

...Tui Na is Chinese Medical Massage. I love this style so much as it compliments Esalen (slow and relaxing) with a lighter more vigorous touch, and most effective way to release stagnant energy and move it out; so your pure fresh Chi force can replace it... this is accomplished through pushing down and out the meridian lines. Feels great!~
