The Jim Pepper Native Arts Council has produced our 10th annual Jim Pepper Native Arts Festival, aka "Jim PepperFest 2022: Water Spirit."
The Jim Pepper Native Arts Council is a 501c3 charitable organization with an educational mission, improving access to culturally relevant music education in Jim Pepper's name and reflecting the educational legacy of his mother, Floy Pepper. We were virtual for the third year due to covid-related issues. We are developing an original concept in K-12 culturally relevant music education curriculum we have named "Speak/Sing NativeTM". The website that will house this e-learning system is under construction.
