Chef Will puts the finishing touches on our Ham Steak Oscar, featured as part of our three-course Farm Dinner. This seasonal menu highlights ingredients sourced from our sister property, … because good things tend to stay close to home.

Sweet and snappy 🫛 sugar snap peas are making the most of their stay on the menu. We’re serving them with green garlic pesto, pistachio, spring onion, mint, and a few more things we’ll all miss when the season moves on.
