Cut, clean, bend, weld. 212 stainless brackets with gussets getting knocked out with a rush! Should have them all finished up by end of day Monday!

Finished up this custom collapsible fire pit for a customer today! 36" long x 30" wide x 24" tall and all 1/4" steel. It is a tank!

I brought my nephew Weston in to the shop on Thursday because he has an interest in welding. He is almost 14 and never welded or been around it. He listened very well and within about an hour, he was making some pretty good welds! He was very excited and loved it!
Watch until the end to see one of his welds. Mine are on the left and his is on the right!

Put the tube laser to work today and cut out a bunch of handrail parts. Huge time saver from having to hand cope all of the tubes! Close to 100 copes and miters done in a fraction of the time with way more precision!

Some exciting news! I have officially sold my laser and upgraded to a higher powered laser with a tube cutter! It should be up and running in my shop by the end of the month. This was a video sent of the test cutting done before it ships. I will be able to process up to 9" tube, pipe, channel, angle iron, and beams. And up to 1.25" steel plate.
