Facing a terminal diagnosis is unimaginable, but finding the strength to keep fighting is truly extraordinary.

Signs of a Toxic Workplace
⚠ Fear of speaking up
When people stay silent in meetings, it is not agreement. It is a sign they do not feel safe.
