⚠️ TEMPORARY SCHEDULE UPDATE
September 24–October 2

While Coach Jason and Frankie are in Ohio for the national tournament, our 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM adult classes and youth/adult competition-team practices will be paused.

✅ 5:30 PM adult boxing will continue Monday–Friday
✅ Youth boxing will continue Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 PM
