We spend (or should spend) around 8 hours sleeping a night. That’s a lot of time spent in a position!

Thats why it’s so important to sleep with spinal alignment in mind.

Part 2 - The Double Chin Stretch

Maintain the proper spinal alignment by performing the “double chin stretch” as Dr. Melanie likes to call it, by overstretching the cervical curve.

Overtime, it’ll bring your head back to its natural position, and balance the “bowling ball on a straw.”

Pro tip: set a timer for every 15 minutes to check and correct your posture!

Waiguan is an acupuncture point located on the forearm close to the wrist. It helps with wrist and arm pain, but can also treat headaches and ear pain.
